Le colocataire recherché est quelqu’un de sérieux, propre et respectueux. Parfait pour étudiant.

Le loyer est de 550$ + électricité partagée entre les 3 colocataires, Internet haut débit illimité inclus.

I let my lease in a flat shared with 2 other persons.

The room is big and fully furnished, including bedings. A lot of storing space and an «office area». Common areas are fully furnished.
The flat is located very close to Papineau metro station on the green line, two stations away from Berry UQAM). Close to groceries pharmacies and convenience stores. There is a small park nearby.

Looking for someone serious, clean and respectful. Ideal for student.
Rent is 550$ + electricity splitted into the 3 flatmates. High speed internet included.
